What BidPelican is
BidPelican is a private alert service that monitors official public bid postings and emails matched summaries to subscribers. BidPelican is a private service operated by King Bull Ventures LLC. It is not affiliated with SAM.gov, the State of Florida, Miami-Dade County, Broward County, or any government agency. BidPelican is a finding aid: the official posting at the source agency is the authoritative document for every solicitation, and bids can only be submitted through the channels the agency names.
Accuracy
Listings are pulled from official public sources and re-verified daily, but agencies can amend, extend, or cancel a solicitation at any time. Always confirm the deadline, scope, and requirements on the official posting before investing time or submitting a bid. We are not responsible for decisions made on a listing that changed at the source after our last verification.
No guaranteed outcomes
BidPelican does not guarantee that you will see every public posting, win any contract, or achieve any business result. Subscription tiers, prices, and founding-cohort terms published on the pricing page are the operative offer; paid billing begins only when you check out for a paid tier.
Text messages from us
BidPelican does not send marketing or alert text messages in v1. Any future SMS program will be described in these terms and in our privacy policy before launch, will require your express opt-in, and will honor STOP and HELP.
Acceptable use
Your subscription is for your business. Don't redistribute digest contents as a competing alert service, and don't use the board to scrape at rates that burden the site. The underlying solicitation documents remain the property of their issuing agencies.
